Neat and Yummy Recipes

I'm not sure what its called but its cute and this is how you do it:

-For your base, use a cracker, cucumber slice or Jicama slice, add a smear of cream cheese, small slice of smoked salmon, snip of cilantro or parsley, 1/2 cherry or grape tomato, and sliver of black olive.

Bruschetta on Bread
This is a yummy and all time favorite for those of you who want a refreshing and delicious appetizer or snack.

Ingredients:
Roma Tomatoes
Garlic
Basil
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Salt and Pepper to taste
EVOO (Extra virgin olive oil)
Italian Bread

Slice the bread into about 1/4 or 1/2 inch slices and brush with olive oil and toast in the over at 350 degrees for about 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
For the bruschetta, slice the tomatoes in halve and scoop out the seeds and then dice them and put them in a bowl. Mince your garlic and basil and add to the tomatoes. Poor enough balsamic vinaigrette over the tomatoes just enough so that they aren't covered and then add about two or three seconds of pouring olive oil (less if you desire). I usually poor to my desire (I like less olive oil). Then salt and pepper to taste.
      Voila :)! Happy eating.
